Ingredients:

500 gram chicken breasts (boneless)

8cm x 8 cm ginger piece

2 cloves of garlic

4 -6 small onions

Batter:

1 cup flour

1 cup water

1-2 teaspoons salt (according to taste)

1/2 cup oil

Sauce:

2 tablespoons plum chutney

2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons vinegar

2 chicken stock cubes

4 teaspoons corn flour

2 semi-ripe mangoes (cut into pieces)

Method:

Cut chicken into cubes. Peel and ground ginger, garlic and onions. Mix with chicken. For batter, just mix all the ingredients stated above. Coast the chicken with this batter.  Fry the chicken until light golden brown.

For sauce again just mix all ingredients to prepare it. Once ready pour hot sauce on chicken and serve.
