Ingredients:

10 small white bread slices

100 ml milk

2 tablespoons powdered milk

½ teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon white vinegar

Syrup made with 200 gram sugar and 250 ml water

Method:

Cut of the edges of the bread slices and then break them into small pieces. Add the powdered milk, baking powder, baking soda and vinegar. Mix well. Then add the milk little by little and make the dough. Then shape into balls. Heat oil in a pan, then lower it to medium flame. Fry them till golden brown. Make the syrup while they are frying. Add them into the warm syrup and cook for 3 minutes. Take off flame, place them in a dish and allow to cool.
