Ingredients:

115 grams cheddar cheese softened

1 egg, beaten

2 tablespoon flour

¼ teaspoon mustard powder

¼ teaspoon baking powder

Black pepper and red chili powder to taste

5-6 small slices of white bread

Method:

Mix all these things together to make a mixture. Then spread moderate amount on each slice. Add oil in frying pan, and place on high flame. When oil is hot, place the slices in it. When the lower part of toast is golden brown, turn over. As soon as cheese changes color slightly, take them out and place on tissue paper to drain excess oil.
