Ingredients:
500 gram boneless chicken (cut into 10-12 pieces)
4 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon white vinegar
¼ teaspoon mustard paste or ½ teaspoon mustard powder
Salt, pepper and chili powder according to taste
One egg
Flour and Breadcrumbs
Method:
Wash the chicken, and leave for a while so water may drain. Then flatten the chicken pieces with a kitchen hammer. Then mix the soya sauce, vinegar, mustard and salt etc. Add the chicken and toss well. Leave this for 1-3 hours depending on your time constraint. Then beat an egg. First coat each chicken piece in flour, then dip in the egg, and then coat with bread crumbs. Repeat for each piece. You can use another egg if one is not enough. Then fry on medium flame, until chicken is cooked.
