Ingredients:

500 gram plain yoghurt

5 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 cups shredded cabbage

1 cup shredded carrots

1 ½ cup chopped boiled potatoes

½ cup shredded onions

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon white vinegar

Salt, pepper, herbs to taste

Method:

In a bowl cream together the yoghurt and mayonnaise. Add the sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and herbs and mix well. Add all the vegetables and give it a good stir so that they are coated in the dressing.
