Ingredients:

1 cup Flour

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon white zeera

1 tablespoon oil

Method:

Mix all these ingredients together and then by adding water a little at a time make a dough. Then cover the dough and leave it outside for about half an hour. Then fill frying pan about 1/3 with oil and heat it. Then take a portion of the dough and roll it out as a chappati. Then cut it horizontally and then diagonally, to get diamond shaped namak paras. Put them into frying pan, and cook until golden brown on both sides. Do the same for the rest of the dough.
