Ingredients:

100 gram butter, softened

½ cup chunky peanut butter

1 cup sugar or brown sugar

1 egg, beaten

1 and a half cup flour

½ teaspoon baking powder

Milk for making dough

Method:

Beat together butter and peanut butter. Add the sugar. Then mix in egg little by little. Sift flour and add baking powder to it. Then add this to the peanut butter mixture. Add a little milk if needed to make a dough. Cover and refrigerate for half an hour. Then make rounds and place on tray. Place in pre-heated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
