Ingredients:

1 packet sawiyaan (200 gram)

1 liter milk

200 gram sugar

50 ml oil

2 cardamoms

Nuts for garnishing (optional)

Method:

Fry the sawiyan until golden brown. Set aside. Add milk to a pan. Bring it to bowl. Then lower the flame, add the cardamom seeds and cook till it has reduced to half. Then add the sawiyaan and sugar. Cook until the sugar had dissolved and milk has evaporated. Garnish with nuts and serve warm.
