Ingredients:

1 kg mutton with bone

4 medium sized tomatoes sliced

4 to 5 green chillis, chopped

100 ml oil

1 medium sized bell pepper chopped

1 1 inch piece of ginger

2 to 3 cloves of garlic

1 leveled teaspoon red chilli powder

1 leveled teaspoon powdered coriander

2 teaspoons white cumin roasted

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

salt to taste

3 tablespoon yoghurt

Method:

Half cook the meat. Gently heat the oil in a wok, and then add the meat, tomatoes, green chillis and pepper, ginger, garlic and all the spices except the garam masala. Cook with constant stirring, add some water if it starts to stick. When it turns a nice color of brown, check to see if the meat is cooked. If not then add some more water till it has. Then mix the garam masala into the yoghurt and whisk well. Pour this onto the meat. Then cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle fresh coriander and long strands of ginger, and serve with naan.
