Ingredients:

8 pomfret fillets
4 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt to taste
Bananas leaves or aluminum foil

Paste:
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
6 green chillies
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
4 teaspoons cumin seeds
2 tablespoons chopped garlic

Method:
Make horizontal slits in each fillet. Rub them with lemon juice and salt. Keep aside for 30 minutes. Then combine all the ingredients and make a paste. Apply it to each fillet and put aside for another 30 minutes. Then wrap each in a leaf or piece of aluminum foil. Place in a steamer and steam for 25 minutes.
