Ingredients:

250 grams butter softened

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

1/4 cup caster sugar

1 3/4 cup flour

1/4 cup rice flour

200 grams dark chocolate melted

Method:

Sift flours, add sugar, essence and butter and cream together until combined. Pour into piping bag fit a medium flute nozzle. Pipe out on greased trays at equal distance. Bake in moderate oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown. Cool and then dip on end in melted chocolate.
